WE OFFER BLOOD PRESSURE SCREENINGS at the church every 2nd Sunday of the month from 8:15 - 11:30 am in the narthex. Members of the Health Ministry team will be available to assess your blood pressure and to discuss the results with you.
The Parish Nurse and the other members of the Health Ministry team are available to help you find the resources you need for your health concerns and wellbeing. Contact the Parish Nurse or a member of the team.
